catering holiday flat situated
on the edge of the conservation village of Dervaig, Isle of mull. The Pightle
is a family home whose ground floor has been converted into a holiday accommodation

The
flat comprises a
large sitting room/dining room with
two sofa beds. A dining room table and benches. There are plenty of books and
games for all ages if it rains. There is a T.V., video player, vidoes and radio
provided. Adjoining this is a well appointed and comfortable kitchen area with
a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and deep fat fryer. The sitting room
overlooks the garden as does the bedroom.

The bedroom has
a double bed and a single bed and we provide all bed linen, douvet,
pillows and extra blankets if needed. The bathroom has a bath with shower;
and a constant supply of hot water. Heating is by radiators and a portable
gas heater, there is also a heated towel rail in the bed room. All heating
and electricity is included in the price. Please note we do not provide
towels.

The village
of Dervaig has a hotel pub which serves
lunches and dinners and has live music at least once a week durring the summer.
There is a coffee and book shop, a Post Office and a local store selling all
groceries. Dervaig also offers other places
to eat within easy reach and all are detailed in the flats visitors information
book. The island of Mull has many places
of interest, with castles both ancient and modern; ruined and restored. gardens
and a narrow gauge railway Four miles to the north-west of Dervaig
are the magnificent white sands of Calgary Bay
and eight miles to the east is the town of Tobermory;
Mulls "Capital' with its many restaurants and pubs and the famous Tobermory
Bay rumored to be the graveyard of a Spanish galleon.
Mull is an excellent place for naturalists, ornithologists. ramblers divers
and people just looking for a bit of peace and quiet.

We regrettably
cannot allow pets as it would upset the equilibrium of our resident felines.
Our
booking weeks are from Saturdays - Saturdays and we welcome visitors from
4 pm onwards Departures by 10 am please
